It all begins with a proposal. You begin the hunt for a wedding photographer that will make you feel comfortable during one of the most amazing, yet stressful, days in your life. Included in all of the packages is an “icebreaker session”. We get together before the wedding and snap some fun shots of the two of you. It’s been my experience that 90% of the lovely people that step in front of my lens are uneasy with the camera and this is entirely normal. Our icebreaker sessions elimates these preliminary camera jitters on your big day; all of the unease is out of the way. These sessions are always full of laughs and great stories that help us better understand each other and the journey we are about to embark on, capturing your amazing wedding day.

The moment you’ve been waiting for. The music, the smiles and tears of joy. We will arrive before the action and coordinate with your planner to be certain that our movements in and around the ceremony are as fluid and unobtrusive as possible. Having already understood your vision and prepared for any and all scenarios, you won’t have to pay much attention to us(you’ll have more than enough to focus on). Your day will go off without a hitch and we will capture every moment of it. Typically, we snap upwards of 1200 pictures that we can later curate to deliver the highest quality finished product that you should expect from a once-in-a-lifetime experience like this. As seamlessly as we entered, we will exit at the end of the shoot and the editing process begins.

Your big preparations all happen before the wedding day. Snapping pictures is not only my job, but my most favored pastime. I’m always ready to go. My real work begins the day of the ceremony and extends until I feel the images are so perfectly cropped and retouched that you will smile from ear to ear as you and your new spouse browse through them. Whatever level of retouching you desire will be carried out, picture by picture, until complete. This entire process can range from basic color correction and blemish removal, to full-on skin airbrushing and sky replacement. This all typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete, for a standard 1-day wedding. All of the photos will be delivered to you digitally and print options will be provided.
